3. CHASSIS:

500mm height, Low Alloy (Q345 ) by automatic submerged arc welding; Top Flange 14mm, Botton Flange 16mm, Middle Flange 6mm.

3.2 Surface preparation & painting:

On completion of fabrication, all steel parts are steel blasted to to SA 2.5 , then Two Synthetic Enamel Finish Paint, Single color as per customers choice

4. LIGHT SYSTEM:

Standard electrical equipment 24V with rear lights on bumper, electric connection type SEA 7 poles mounted on the front bearer.

5. BRAKE SYSTEM:

WABCO relay emergency valve indirectly to two tank system (No ABS system).
