Descriptions of Production:

  The chassis is designed for use in stevedoring and transporting of 20 ft ISO cargo containers having a maximum gross weight of 52,900 lbs. in both highway and TOFC service. Legal maximum container weight is determined by regulations. The chassis meets DOT, AAR, TOFC, FMVSS, SAE, TTMA requirements and standards.

1.Steel Material:

   High strength low alloy steel with yield strength not less than 50,000 psi is used for hot  rolled I-beam and fabricated parts. All components of the pick-up plate assembly shall be made from 80,000 psi steel.

----King Pin: 2 welding or boilt type king pin, supplier & type: JOST.

----Landing Gear: 2 speed road side winding with sand shoe, Lifting capacity 24T, Type: JOST.

----Suspension: Mechanical suspension with 8 leaf spring (90mm width by 16mm thickness / leaf).  Option: Under mounting hangers and 3 leaf high arch spring (11,000 lb. capacity
each).

----Axles: FUWA brand 150x150 square axle with 13 tons capacity. Option: 5" round axles with 22,500 lb capacity.

----Rims:7.5-20 disc wheel

----Tires: 10.00-20 tyre. Supplier: China famous brand

----Brake System: Sealco valve system and Wabco 2S-1M system. Option: with ABS system

----Electrical System: 12 or 24 volt lighting system with Phillips wiring harness.
