The flatbed semi-trailer is designed for use in stevedoring and transporting of 1x40 ft or 1x20ft or 2x20 ft ISO cargo containers or loose cargo.

1.Material:

High strength low alloy steel Q345 with 350 MPa yield strength is used for welded I-beam and 235 MPa in other fabricated parts.

2. OEM Parts Configuration:
--King Pin: SAE standard 2 exchangeable(bolted) king pin, Supplier: JOST.
--Twist Locks: Twelve (12) retractable ISO type twist locks.
--Landing Gear: Supplier: & Type: JOST D200T.
--Suspension: Mechanical suspension with 7/8 pieces leaf springs.

--Axles: 150x150 square axle with 15 tons capacity.Supplier:FUWA or York. Made in China.
--Rims:9.0x22.5, 10 Holes ISO, 8 pieces

--Tires: 315/80R22.5, Radial tyre, 8 pieces; China Famous Brand:Linglong or Triangle
or Jinguan,etc,Option by the factory.
--Brake System:WABCO Re 4 relay emergency valve,none ABS brake system
--Brake Chamber: T 30/30 type Chambers on the rear axle, T 30 type Chambers on the front axle.
